Delete your Lend Book account

In Lend Book, open Settings → Delete account. Export your records first if you need a copy. Enter DELETE and confirm while connected to the internet.

This permanently removes your account, contacts, lent and borrowed debt records, payments, renewal history, bank loans, bank-loan payments and reminder data from the active service. Unsynced records for this account on the device used for deletion are also removed. Previously exported files and offline copies on other devices cannot be remotely erased; remove them separately.

A minimal hashed SMS suppression identifier may be retained to honor recipient opt-outs and prevent further reminders.

Request deletion without the app

Email care@shivanshikainnovations.com from the Google account used to sign in, with the subject “Lend Book account deletion”. We will verify ownership before deleting the account. Do not send your password or borrower financial records.

Operational backups may retain deleted information until the backup retention period expires. Contact support for the current retention period and any legally required exceptions.
