1. About the App

Gas Booking India – LPG Guide (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is developed and managed by Shivanshika Innovations.

The App provides general LPG information, provider-specific booking instructions, shortcuts to external booking channels, and manually curated updates about topics such as prices, policies, subsidies, eKYC, booking rules, new connections, and service changes.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the App, you confirm that you can lawfully accept these Terms. If you cannot enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Independent guide; no government or provider affiliation

Provider names, logos, service names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant service or booking channel.

4. External booking handoffs

The App may open your dialer, SMS composer, WhatsApp, browser, or another external app with provider information. The App does not place a call, send a message, submit an application, collect payment, or confirm a booking on your behalf.

• Review the destination number, website, and prefilled message before continuing.
• A handoff or analytics event does not mean that the provider received or accepted a booking.
• Telecom, messaging, data, distributor, or provider charges may apply.
• The external app or website is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

Never send an OTP, payment credential, Aadhaar number, LPG consumer credential, or other sensitive information unless you have independently verified that the recipient and channel are official and that the information is genuinely required.

5. LPG updates may be delayed, revised, or incomplete

Before relying on an update, follow its source link where available and confirm the current position directly with the relevant official government department, oil company, LPG provider, or authorized distributor. The App must not be your only source for a price, subsidy, eligibility condition, KYC requirement, new-connection status, minimum booking interval, delivery schedule, safety instruction, deadline, or service rule.

A source link indicates where information was reviewed; it does not guarantee that the linked page remains available, has not changed, or applies to your location and account.

6. Prices, subsidies, and policies can vary

LPG prices and charges may differ by city, state, provider, cylinder type or weight, domestic or commercial category, taxes, delivery conditions, subsidy treatment, and effective date. Displayed information may not match the amount applicable to your booking or connection.

Policy and operational conditions—including connection availability, required documents, booking intervals, refill eligibility, eKYC, subsidies, and delivery timelines—may be implemented differently by providers, distributors, regions, or consumer categories. Confirm the final amount and applicable conditions through an official channel before making a decision or payment.

7. Push notifications are supplemental

If enabled, notifications are provided for convenience. Delivery may be delayed, duplicated, blocked, or missed because of connectivity, device settings, operating-system restrictions, backend failures, or provider services. Not every government or provider announcement will necessarily generate a notification.

Do not rely on notifications for urgent deadlines, safety information, emergency action, or as proof that information remains current. You can manage notifications in the App or Android Settings.

8. Languages and translations

The App supports multiple interface languages, but a particular update, external source, or legal document may initially be available only in English. Translations and summaries are provided for convenience and may not capture every legal or technical nuance.

If translated or summarized content conflicts with an official source, rely on the applicable official publication after obtaining appropriate language assistance where necessary. These English Terms control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Safety and emergencies

The App is not an emergency or safety-response service. For a suspected LPG leak, fire, medical emergency, or immediate danger, stop using the App and contact the appropriate official emergency service, LPG provider, distributor, or local authority using a separately verified channel. Do not rely on an App update or notification in an emergency.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security, interfere with service operation, or access non-public backend data.
• Use automated means to overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt the App or its services.
• Misrepresent the App as an official government, provider, or distributor service.
• Copy or redistribute protected App content except as allowed by law.

11. Third-party services and links

External numbers, apps, websites, social profiles, and source links are provided for convenience. We do not control their availability, content, security, accessibility, charges, policies, or transactions. Inclusion does not by itself imply endorsement.

You are responsible for evaluating an external service before using it and for resolving booking, payment, delivery, account, or service disputes directly with the relevant provider or distributor.

12. Intellectual property

Except for third-party names, logos, trademarks, source materials, and other content owned by their respective holders, the App's software, original design, organization, and original written material are owned by or licensed to Shivanshika Innovations and are protected by applicable law.

These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership rights to you.

13. Availability and changes to the App

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, content, notifications, or the App itself. We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with every device, uninterrupted external handoffs, or correction of every error.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivanshika Innovations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from your use of or reliance on the App, missed or inaccurate updates, failed external handoffs, third-party conduct, service outages, or decisions made using App content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. You remain responsible for independently verifying critical information and protecting your credentials and device.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App and its service providers process information. It forms part of your understanding of the App but is a privacy notice rather than a waiver of rights provided by law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when App functionality, content practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the App or store listing.

Your continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with revised Terms, stop using and uninstall the App.

18. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory rights available under applicable consumer or other law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts determined under applicable law.

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
